The purpose of the Kindness In Minutes Ministry is to carry out the work of the Lord through the demonstration of Christian love and service to the elderly, homebound, and others with special needs in the Immanuel faith-filled family, and in our community.
The K.I.M. Ministry is made up of volunteers, both men and women, who wish to contribute their time and God-given talents to accomplish the work of the Lord through this ministry. The K.I.M. Ministry is recognized as a department of Immanuel Lutheran Church under the spiritual direction of Pastor Jess Knauft, and the Immanuel Board of Directors.
Volunteers tirelessly give assistance to members of Immanuel and shut-ins by running errands, providing transportation and regularly visiting and/or calling. K.I.M. provides Immanuel’s special people and shut-ins with Birthday, Easter, and Christmas gifts and cards.
Fundraising is accomplished through donations.
We always need Volunteers!
